I’ve noticed that in my own life when I’m more balanced, I ultimately get more done. These are all interesting questions to work through as you try and balance your life. What will happen to other areas of your life if you divert attention? When you identify areas that need more attention and focus, what are you going to do about it? How much attention and focus does it need to move it up to where it needs to be? What matters is that you’re thinking about your life holistically, and not just focusing on one or two areas. The specific number or terms used doesn’t really matter. Pick items that make sense for you, when you think about the elements of your life. Here’s the areas being used in this personal assessment vs. You can simply add items or delete lines, and the chart will automatically update. Also, maybe you want fewer or more spokes. They didn’t work for me in how I evaluate my balance. That’s why not all of the spokes that I included mirror Zig’s Wheel of Life. I wanted this personal assessment to be customizable.
